Fluoro Pack will only be responsible for assuring that the treated containers conform to the specified fluorine layer requirements and will not accept liability if failures occur due to other contributing factors.
The responsibility remains with the end client to ensure that the containers are qualified to contain the required product and is compatible with the product.
