Payment terms will be strictly COD unless the customer successfully applied for Credit Sale Extension in which case payment terms is 30 days from date of invoice.

Form time to time the surface of the polymer products may be accidentally contaminated during the moulding process, by substances such as oil used on tooling. This may cause spontaneous fires in our reactors. Because we have no control over such contamination, we recommend that you allow for product losses.

Contaminated or wet products will not be accepted

Although the seller may assist in the physical compatibility testing of products if necessary, the responsibility remains with the customer to assure that the containers are qualified to contain the required product, as per the Material

Conformance Certificate – which all customers will be required to sign.
The barrier layer created by the seller through fluorination can be affected by the composition of among others, the master batch used to obtain a certain color and the grade of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The seller expects the customer to use the prescribed master batch and grade of HDPE:
